The supporters of FC Cimarrones booed when FC Colibries was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Llope didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zoltán Sámuel was the one to do the kick off. If Zoltán Sámuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Concetto Zarrella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Llope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tadeo Chucho fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Cimarrones's protests and gave Tadeo Chucho a yellow card for diving instead. Tadeo Chucho hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Colibries's Jesus Modestio got a free kick in the 66th minute. Zoltán Sámuel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Remigio Estebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 played minutes FC Colibries got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Iraunkor. If Zoltán Sámuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Ezkerra kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Remigio Estebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Sámuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, FC Colibries's Benicio Tonete got a free kick in the 82nd minute. With a little luck, FC Cimarrones's Concetto Zarrella got control of the ball when Benicio Tonete tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of FC Cimarrones booed when FC Colibries was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Rodas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Concetto Zarrella was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgard Llope showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 95 minute of play. FC Colibries succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FC Cimarrones had controlled the match.
