Roland Nieruchliwy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ciriaco Peli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 played minutes Avellaneda FC got a freekick which was hit by Rene Oriche. Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Roland Nieruchliwy got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Avellaneda FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Constantino Henrico was slow to take the kick. During this time Cacomixtles de Queretaro's players had a chance to rest. Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Roland Nieruchliwy came free and shot a quick shot against goal 14 minutes in the game, fortunately Ciriaco Peli had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After some careless play in the Avellaneda FC defense, Constantino Henrico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Peli. The Avellaneda FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Peli should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Avellaneda FC booed when Cacomixtles de Queretaro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Nieruchliwy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciriaco Peli was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Constantino Henrico capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Constantino Henrico really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of Cacomixtles de Queretaro booed when Avellaneda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Ruy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Ciriaco Peli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 27th minute, Avellaneda FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roland Nieruchliwy fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Roland Nieruchliwy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Peli having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Avellaneda FC's Teodosio Manuelo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Florentino Goi hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ciriaco Peli came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Hüsnü Hürsel. But to his dismay, Hüsnü Hürsel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Peli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Constantino Henrico fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ciriaco Peli, passed just outside the right post. With his leg Ciriaco Peli managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Hüsnü Hürsel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Hüsnü Hürsel came free and shot a quick shot against goal 41 minutes in the game, fortunately Ciriaco Peli had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After a rather tough play, Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Constantino Henrico got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Florentino Goi made the kick off in the second half. Ciriaco Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Nieruchliwy, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jairo Ruy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Ugaitz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Ruy in the 63rd minute of play forced Cacomixtles de Queretaro's goalkeeper Serafin Ugaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Roland Nieruchliwy got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 65 minutes, Leonel Benvide managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avellaneda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Benvide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Henrico in the 68th minute of play forced Avellaneda FC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciriaco Peli came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Constantino Henrico. But to his dismay, Constantino Henrico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Cacomixtles de Queretaro made a substitution. Victoriano Santio replaced Brahim Sélim Haj Ali. Laurent Grauwen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Avellaneda FC's Ciriaco Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustav Sefastsson in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute Gustav Sefastsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Sefastsson took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciriaco Peli. Ciriaco Peli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Iker Petrigai kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. If Roland Nieruchliwy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cacomixtles de Queretaro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
