Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomás Fagondo to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santos Pierres during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CF America's Geronimo Rexino got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Milio hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Uriel Shantala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chusca AFC's Felipillo Bujan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Uriel Shantala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Rodrigo Llorienzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chusca AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
