The referee showed Victorino Iruinea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to The Lycans FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Victorino Iruinea hit a great ball. Wilfredo Artaldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Severino James tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, The Lycans FC's Victorino Iruinea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Beturian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Carmelo Beturian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Iruinea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes, Victorino Iruinea made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Correcaminos's Carmelo Beturian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorino Iruinea in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmelo Beturian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Iruinea in the 19th minute of play forced Correcaminos's goalkeeper Carmelo Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Giraldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carmelo Beturian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Iruinea in the 28th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Victorino Iruinea sped through Correcaminos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carmelo Beturian. The Lycans FC's Bartolo Giraldo got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute Victorino Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Beturian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th match minute, Correcaminos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Artaldo to maneuver through the defense. The Lycans FC's Severino James played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Silviano in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th minute Victorino Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Beturian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 52 minutes, Victorino Iruinea made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Correcaminos's Carmelo Beturian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th match minute, The Lycans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Ruy to maneuver through the defense. Severino James showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Silviano in the 66th minute of the match. Carmelo Beturian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorino Iruinea's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. If Delmar Orlandus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 75 minutes, Victorino Iruinea made it 1-6 with a short kick to the right side. Correcaminos's Carmelo Beturian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Delmar Orlandus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Silviano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino James having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Victorino Iruinea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Lycans FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Iruinea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victorino Iruinea in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carmelo Beturian, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 90 played minutes Correcaminos got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Silviano. Carmelo Beturian was a little too slow when Victorino Iruinea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-7. Bartolo Giraldo scored 1-8 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carmelo Beturian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Lycans FC played a much better game than Correcaminos and deserved their victory. The Correcaminos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
