An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Quezada in the 7th minute of play forced United Force's goalkeeper Rene Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes United Force got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Fagildo. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Manuel Villarreal took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Rene Millan to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 47 minutes, Paulino Quezada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulino Quezada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
