The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Marco Pudes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcelino Estebano lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 9th minute, one of XOLOS FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for XOLOS FC. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Yariguarenda. Serafin Nataniel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edgard Gomesano. 0-1. 崔战震 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roque Pirmin in the 15th minute. Edgard Gomesano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Malvin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Yariguarenda's goalkeeper 崔战震 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roque Pirmin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Malvin in the 26th minute of play forced XOLOS FC's goalkeeper Edgard Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yariguarenda's goalkeeper 崔战震, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Roque Pirmin could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which 崔战震 however easily saved by the left post. In the 32nd minute, Roque Pirmin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The XOLOS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Marco Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Marco Pudes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yariguarenda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Pudes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yariguarenda's Marco Pudes got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romeo Lertxun's late challenge caught a Yariguarenda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Lertxun helped the player get up and apologised. Yariguarenda's Edelmiro Malvin got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Roque Pirmin made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to XOLOS FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Cosme Ireno hit a great ball. 52 minutes into the match, XOLOS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Malvin came free, but Edgard Gomesano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. XOLOS FC's Edgard Gomesano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save XOLOS FC from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the match, Yariguarenda's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Pirmin came free, but 崔战震 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eloy Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Gomesano having to interfere. Edgard Gomesano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edelmiro Malvin in the 64th minute. Edgard Gomesano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Cebrian, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. With a little luck, XOLOS FC's Edgard Gomesano got control of the ball when Marco Pudes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgard Gomesano was a little too slow when Eloy Cebrian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-2. Roque Pirmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 崔战震 having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, XOLOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Ursino to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Edelmiro Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yariguarenda's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Malvin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Gomesano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roque Pirmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 崔战震 having to interfere. When Roque Pirmin came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the XOLOS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Pirmin couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Yariguarenda left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than XOLOS FC.
