But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otávio Coelho couldn't finish the play. Pastor Bonadona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosme Ireno went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Roque Pirmin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Pastor Bonadona skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pastor Bonadona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roque Pirmin in the 17th minute. Paulo Sayveon hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in XOLOS FC's zone, Martin Eusko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Gomesano came out of the goal and Martin Eusko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgard Gomesano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Eusko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Deportivo Weed getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Severo Bartuelo hit a great ball. Pastor Bonadona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Lertxun in the 29th minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, XOLOS FC's Roque Pirmin made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pastor Bonadona was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, XOLOS FC's Romeo Lertxun dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romeo Lertxun was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Otávio Coelho put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Edgard Gomesano. In the 55th minute Martin Eusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Gomesano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Eusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. One of XOLOS FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo Weed:s goal. 80 minutes into the match, Deportivo Weed's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Sayveon came free, but Pastor Bonadona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 played minutes Deportivo Weed got a freekick which was hit by Pieter Konterman. After a rather tough play, XOLOS FC's Lino Olivar got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 90th match minute, XOLOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Ursino to maneuver through the defense. After 91 played minutes, Deportivo Weed's Jonathan Cordareo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgard Gomesano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deportivo Weed reached it. Zacarias Mikolas hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Weed players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for XOLOS FC.
