Victorino Laurgain was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Carmelo Bertin fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fanegas FC's protests and gave Carmelo Bertin a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Fanegas FC got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Bertin. Alejandro Jatsu took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacy Gregorczyk. Ignacy Gregorczyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Nestor Tab struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Victorino Laurgain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Errantes de la historia. 26 minutes into the match, Errantes de la historia's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Bertin came free, but Ignacy Gregorczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacy Gregorczyk came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fanegas FC's Erich Gronow. But to his dismay, Erich Gronow quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Ignacy Gregorczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Bertin in the 35th minute of play. Ignacy Gregorczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erich Gronow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victorino Laurgain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anfilogino Malinconico in the 42nd minute. Carmelo Bertin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Erich Gronow notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Errantes de la historia's Ignacy Gregorczyk. Ignacy Gregorczyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Fanegas FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Alejandro Jatsu came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Fanegas FC fans jumped to their feet. Fanegas FC's Melquiades Iratzeder was substituted for Eloy Caton. Ignacy Gregorczyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melquiades Iratzeder's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Ignacy Gregorczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Jatsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ignacy Gregorczyk made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Erich Gronow sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Iratzeder in the 85th minute of play forced Errantes de la historia's goalkeeper Ignacy Gregorczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Melquiades Iratzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Errantes de la historia's goalkeeper Ignacy Gregorczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erich Gronow. If Nestor Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Fanegas FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Errantes de la historia throughout the match.
