Spectators: 7489 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Cordaro in the 6th minute of play forced Selvas FC's goalkeeper Leandro Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Cornelio Cordaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Kiliz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 12 played minutes, Selvas FC's Armando Lapurdi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gilberto Constancio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Selvas FC reached it. Teobaldo Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gilberto Constancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Tomas Policarpio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Selvas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Cordaro came free, but Leandro Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Policarpio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cornelio Cordaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cornelio Cordaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Selvas FC's goalkeeper Leandro Kiliz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Selvas FC booed when Chedraui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, one of Chedraui:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chedraui. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Chedraui getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Leonel Bitxintxo hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Selvas FC's goalkeeper Leandro Kiliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cornelio Cordaro. Tomas Policarpio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Kiliz having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Policarpio in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Kiliz saved Selvas FC from getting behind. Leandro Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Policarpio in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorino Chico during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilberto Constancio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teobaldo Amor's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Gilberto Constancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a rather tough play, Chedraui's Camilo Abechuco got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chedraui had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
