Fausto Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Färid Landero in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th match minute, Monterrey Titanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Astigar to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Abeita came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Calavera's Färid Landero. But to his dismay, Färid Landero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Moises Ramirez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Atilano Mantzio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 26 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Monterrey Titanes's Atilano Mantzio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Moises Ramirez. Moises Ramirez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. With a little luck, Deportivo Calavera's Moises Ramirez got control of the ball when Constantino Ciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Leonides Gilen put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Monterrey Titanes getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Leonides Gilen hit a great ball. Ciriaco Sol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atilano Mantzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Ramirez made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Eulalio Astigar sent off a good shot on target. Moises Ramirez was out of position in the 49 minute of play, and Eulalio Astigar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eulalio Astigar really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Färid Landero made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Deportivo Calavera got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Mikolas. In the 55th minute, Baltasar Dalmu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monterrey Titanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. In the 58th match minute, Deportivo Calavera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Rico to maneuver through the defense. Ciriaco Sol was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 59 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Deportivo Calavera:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Monterrey Titanes:s goal. Moises Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Ciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Atilano Mantzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Ramirez having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play, Monterrey Titanes's Atilano Mantzio made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moises Ramirez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Monterrey Titanes's Fausto Abeita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Monterrey Titanes from getting a goal against them. Filomeno Gilabert was extremely unlucky when he, in the 74th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Fausto Abeita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Aquino in the 77th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Epifanio Mikolas during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
