Torpedos AFC's Andres Niguel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Torpedos AFC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Otamendi's Bonifacio Napier slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andres Niguel. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. Benito Igon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Fidensio having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Eustaquio Roldan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Fidensio was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Bonifacio Napier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Niguel. After 36 played minutes Torpedos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Roldan. Teofilo Jeraldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Andres Niguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 played minutes Otamendi got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Criston. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Andres Niguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Napier in the 51st minute of the match. 51 minutes into the match, Bonifacio Napier notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Torpedos AFC's Andres Niguel. Andres Niguel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
