Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cirilo Chucho in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Niguel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Torpedos AFC's Andres Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Pacorro in the 11th minute of play. Saul Pacorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Torpedos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Elizardo came free, but Andres Niguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Perla Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Vistruario to maneuver through the defense. Torpedos AFC's Ivan Enaut couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Perla Negra FC. Jacob Schoonderwoerd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Samuel Ponce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Ponce was a little too slow when Benito Igon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Jacob Schoonderwoerd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciriaco Fidencio charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciriaco Fidencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Perla Negra FC's Ciriaco Fidencio got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 38th match minute, Torpedos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Igon to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Torpedos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Pacorro came free, but Andres Niguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cirilo Chucho made a kick off. Benito Igon kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Cirilo Chucho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Torpedos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Jon came free, but Andres Niguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Jacob Schoonderwoerd ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Ponce was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jacob Schoonderwoerd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 69 minutes into the match, Torpedos AFC's Eustaquio Roldan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Ponce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Perla Negra FC booed when Torpedos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Estebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cirilo Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Andres Niguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torpedos AFC's Eustaquio Roldan managed to work through Perla Negra FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Eustaquio Roldan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 86 played minutes Torpedos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Estebe. After 87 played minutes, Perla Negra FC's Filomeno Gagriel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andres Niguel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Perla Negra FC reached it. 89 minutes into the game, Perla Negra FC's Cirilo Chucho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andres Niguel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 94th minute, Perla Negra FC's Benedicto Edur seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Benedicto Edur the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Perla Negra FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benedicto Edur had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 94th minute, one of Perla Negra FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Perla Negra FC. The referee gave Torpedos AFC a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ivan Enaut, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Perla Negra FC's Samuel Ponce. 4-1. Many of Perla Negra FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Perla Negra FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Torpedos AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
