In the 14th minute, Cristian Santio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The T Tona FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. T Tona FC's Cristian Santio got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dionisio Frederico fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored T Tona FC's protests and gave Dionisio Frederico a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dragones Tampico booed when T Tona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Frederico didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Javier Jerardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragones Tampico's Hakkı Demircan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Justino Blasco hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Mino in the 29th minute of play forced T Tona FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Fero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Fero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Txilar in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Santo Mino made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santo Mino in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Fero saved T Tona FC from getting behind. In the 60th minute, Miguel Gartzen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Santo Mino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruperto Fero was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 70th match minute, T Tona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Gabino to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd match minute, T Tona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Formerio to maneuver through the defense. Hakkı Demircan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. In the 88th match minute, T Tona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Abecia to maneuver through the defense. The Dragones Tampico fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Dragones Tampico's Gaspar Txilar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The T Tona FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Dragones Tampico from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
