Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gaspar Pio made the kick off which started today's match. In the 9th minute, Eulalio Panpili got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uriel Constancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Pio in the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Julio Evarado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciénega FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Evarado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Beltza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute Herminio Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Beltza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herminio Enmanuel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Virgilio Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgilio Beltza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Evarado in the 29th minute of play. Caldao's Virgilio Beltza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Enmanuel in the 30th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Angel Isadore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caldao and the Ciénega FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, Ciénega FC's Herminio Enmanuel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Virgilio Beltza. Virgilio Beltza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Gaspar Pio struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Uriel Constancio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caldao. Gaspar Pio might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uriel Constancio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaspar Pio ran back to his position shaking his head. Gaspar Pio took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uriel Constancio. Uriel Constancio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Virgilio Beltza came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Ciénega FC's Santos Lorenz. But to his dismay, Santos Lorenz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 60 minutes into the game, Placido Micael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caldao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciénega FC the free kick. If Eulalio Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honorato Saturnin hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes, Caldao's Placido Micael shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Uriel Constancio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caldao reached it. A collision led to Ciénega FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Sebastian Ponc hit a great ball. Eulalio Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Uriel Constancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciénega FC's Uriel Constancio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Ciénega FC from getting a goal against them. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Ciénega FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Caldao for much of the match.
