After 4 minutes of play, Hermosillo FC's Alonzo Cristofol made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Oroitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gonzalo Corderro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Oroitz having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Alonzo Cristofol made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Oroitz. Jaiba Brava Mx's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Flavio Oroitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boguslaw Wydrych, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Jaiba Brava Mx's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Wydrych came free, but Flavio Oroitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Cristofol might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Oroitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alonzo Cristofol ran back to his position shaking his head. Flavio Oroitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Alonzo Cristofol took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Oroitz. Flavio Oroitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Sonny Corleone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Long Beverley in the 23rd minute. After 24 played minutes Jaiba Brava Mx got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Chayo. Alonzo Cristofol scored 0-4 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavio Oroitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Alonzo Cristofol notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Jaiba Brava Mx's Flavio Oroitz. Flavio Oroitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sonny Corleone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Long Beverley in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 37th minute Alonzo Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Oroitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Jaiba Brava Mx getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Vicente Clementi hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alonzo Cristofol made the kick off in the second half. Flavio Oroitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jaiba Brava Mx's goalkeeper Flavio Oroitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alonzo Cristofol in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Oroitz saved Jaiba Brava Mx from getting behind. Sonny Corleone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Fuertehijar, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Hermosillo FC's Amuchechukwu McPherson was substituted for Javier Quentin. Jaiba Brava Mx's Enzo Otsando was substituted for Hipolito Tiso. A collision led to Jaiba Brava Mx getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gregorio Gutxi hit a great ball. In the 68th minute Alonzo Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Oroitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermosillo FC's attentive Boguslaw Wydrych managed to snatch the ball when Gregorio Gutxi made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. A collision led to Jaiba Brava Mx getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Vicente Clementi hit a great ball. When Long Beverley came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Jaiba Brava Mx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Long Beverley couldn't finish the play. Jaiba Brava Mx's Flavio Oroitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Cristofol in the 81st minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Hermosillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Su to maneuver through the defense. Long Beverley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Gonzalo Corderro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Long Beverley came free, but Sonny Corleone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonzo Cristofol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
