After 3 minutes, Luis Perez made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Milan's Victorino Claus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Segundo Gonza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Pelagius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Perez in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Claus saved Milan from getting behind. Segundo Gonza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Romo in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Gatitos del infierno's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Romo came free, but Segundo Gonza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Milan were awarded a corner. Carlos Romo went to the cornerflag to take it. Gatitos del infierno's Segundo Gonza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Argider in the 13th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Milan's Carlos Romo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Ubaldo Argider could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Segundo Gonza made a huge save. After 28 minutes, Ubaldo Rameriz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gatitos del infierno and the Milan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ubaldo Rameriz kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Segundo Gonza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ubaldo Argider in the 29th minute. After 30 played minutes Milan got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Tulio. In the 33rd minute, Koldobika Viaña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Claus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Victorino Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Ortle in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Eustaquio Phelipe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milan's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Phelipe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Segundo Gonza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Segundo Gonza made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ubaldo Argider sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the match, Gatitos del infierno's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Pelagius came free, but Segundo Gonza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Perez made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Carlos Romo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Gatitos del infierno's Segundo Gonza. Segundo Gonza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th match minute, Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Bordat to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Gatitos del infierno defense, Ubaldo Argider kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Gonza. The Gatitos del infierno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Gonza should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Gatitos del infierno's Leonel Polentzi got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Gatitos del infierno's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Pelagius came free, but Segundo Gonza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Argider might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Segundo Gonza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubaldo Argider ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Argider in the 77th minute of play forced Gatitos del infierno's goalkeeper Segundo Gonza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Perez in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Claus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Milan's Victorino Claus got control of the ball when Luis Perez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Gatitos del infierno's Luis Perez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Claus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Segundo Gonza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Argider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cornelio Pelagius came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Milan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Pelagius couldn't finish the play.
