After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Damian Innocenzio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astros fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Damian Innocenzio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Erasto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cosme Lawrence's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernan Erasto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Real Botana F.C.'s Hernan Erasto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Innocenzio in the 21st minute of play. Hernan Erasto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Blasco in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Astros fc's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Terciero came free, but Felipe Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Nastasio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Damian Innocenzio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Carlos Nastasio made a precise shot to the right of Hernan Erasto. Real Botana F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After having played for 62 minutes, Carlos Nastasio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Astros fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Nastasio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teodosio Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Nastasio in the 73rd minute of play forced Real Botana F.C.'s goalkeeper Hernan Erasto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Real Botana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Damian Innocenzio came free, but Hernan Erasto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ambrosio Frans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
