In the 10th match minute, Nassington FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deris Galdamez to maneuver through the defense. Benji Magaña scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Larios, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alejandro Sosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Larios. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Sosa ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgar Larios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Sosa in the 18th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Alejandro Sosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Larios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Nassington FC's Amilcar Mena got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Bridgwater AFC's Benji Magaña in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nassington FC's goalie prevented a goal. Benji Magaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Edgar Larios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Ancheta to make the kick off. Nassington FC's Edgar Larios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benji Magaña in the 56th minute of play. Jairo Ancheta struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Cristian Moreno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nassington FC. In the last second Edgar Larios throw himself and got hold of the ball when Benji Magaña in the 65thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Alejandro Sosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Edgar Larios when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Deris Galdamez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Moreno having to interfere. Edgar Larios stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benji Magaña's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Alejandro Sosa in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgar Larios, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nassington FC's Jairo Ancheta got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alonso Carballo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Nassington FC's goalkeeper Edgar Larios had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Sosa. After having played for 90 minutes, Jairo Hinguanzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cristian Moreno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benji Magaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Edgar Larios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bridgwater AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
