The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Danilo Rivas came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Nagorno Karabaj's Mauro Bran. But to his dismay, Mauro Bran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Alonso Galeas scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 于坤景, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute Edgar Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 于坤景 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Gutierrez struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. 于坤景 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alejandro FC. Ace Turnbull's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Danilo Rivas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alejandro FC's Danilo Rivas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Alejandro FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Alejandro FC's zone, Yasir Rodriguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Rivas came out of the goal and Yasir Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Bran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Alejandro FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Alejandro FC's zone, Mauro Bran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Rivas came out of the goal and Mauro Bran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yasir Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Danilo Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Alonso Galeas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alejandro FC and the Nagorno Karabaj players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nagorno Karabaj booed when Alejandro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Galeas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Alonso Galeas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 于坤景. The goal made the score 1-3. Yasir Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Danilo Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ace Turnbull in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danilo Rivas saved Alejandro FC from getting behind. Danilo Rivas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Bran, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 于坤景 made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Leonel Gutierrez sent off a good shot on target. If Yasir Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Bran struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Danilo Rivas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nagorno Karabaj. Alejandro FC's Danilo Rivas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Bran in the 74th minute of play. Ace Turnbull fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Rivas having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Gutierrez got free with 于坤景 in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 于坤景 made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Leonel Gutierrez sent off a good shot on target. Danilo Rivas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Bran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Nagorno Karabaj supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alejandro FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Alejandro FC.
