In the 4th match minute, Cleveleys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Dubon to maneuver through the defense. After 6 minutes, Andrés Pacheco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cleveleys and the Fc Broncos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Andrés Pacheco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Jonathan Victorino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th match minute, Fc Broncos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selvin Villatoro to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Broncos's zone, Salvador García stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Posadas came out of the goal and Salvador García tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 played minutes, Cleveleys's Wilmer Rico shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgardo Posadas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cleveleys reached it. Agustin Mendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Christian Santamaria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Barquero in the 44th minute of play forced Cleveleys's goalkeeper Christian Santamaria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Victorino to make the kick off. Emiliano Bautista kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Sarbelio Zapata took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgardo Posadas. Fc Broncos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Jonathan Victorino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 56 minutes, Salvador García managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cleveleys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador García was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Mario Barquero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Santamaria was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Christian Santamaria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Barquero in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Salvador García managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cleveleys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador García was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute Salvador García shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Posadas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Jonathan Victorino notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Fc Broncos's Edgardo Posadas. Edgardo Posadas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fc Broncos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cleveleys.
