Spectators: 6841 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emerson Fernandez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Antonio Barragan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Cabrera in the 3rd minute of play. Yasir Del Carmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Nazarenos's Diego Paz got a free kick in the 5th minute. Antonio Barragan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Cabrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Patricio Peña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Fernandez in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Luis Cabrera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thanet's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Cabrera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Barragan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The attack was good, but when Yasir Del Carmen in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Yasir Del Carmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Antonio Barragan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yasir Del Carmen in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Barragan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luis Cabrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Nazarenos getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Carlos Padilla hit a great ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Luis Cabrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thanet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Cabrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luis Cabrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Barragan having to interfere. Patricio Peña made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Wilmer Bentos sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasir Del Carmen in the 35th minute of play forced Nazarenos's goalkeeper Antonio Barragan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Peña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Yasir Del Carmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Barragan having to interfere. Antonio Barragan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Cabrera in the 59th minute. With a little luck, Nazarenos's Antonio Barragan got control of the ball when Luis Cabrera tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th match minute, Nazarenos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Fornos to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Nazarenos's goal looked a bit too open when Yasir Del Carmen came free, but Antonio Barragan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Peña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilmer Bentos, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Nazarenos's Antonio Barragan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Nazarenos from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute, Yasir Del Carmen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antonio Barragan. The goal made the score 0-1. Patricio Melendez kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Patricio Peña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilmer Bentos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Yasir Del Carmen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonio Barragan was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Thanet players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
