Spectators: 6791 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Efren Hinguanzo started the match with the kick off. Efren Hinguanzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Paolo Coreas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Leonel Bran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Catford's Leonel Sosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Catford from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute, Andrés Palma made a precise shot to the right of Paolo Coreas. North Baddesley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, North Baddesley's Cristian Llorente got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Catford's zone, Cristian Llorente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Sosa came out of the goal and Cristian Llorente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paolo Coreas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Palma, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Hugo Santamaria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. North Baddesley's Cristian Llorente got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paolo Coreas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrés Palma in the 37th minute of play. After some careless play in the North Baddesley defense, Efren Hinguanzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Coreas. The North Baddesley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Coreas should have stopped the shot. In the 45th match minute, North Baddesley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efren Mendez to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Efren Hinguanzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catford's supporters rose to their feet, but Efren Hinguanzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Coreas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. North Baddesley's Paolo Coreas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrés Palma in the 48th minute of play. The North Baddesley players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Catford were winning 1-2.

Leonel Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Santamaria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Catford's Leopoldo Muñoz got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 61 minutes of play Catford's Leonel Bran was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Leonel Bran hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltazar Ortiz during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Arturo Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to North Baddesley getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Dagoberto Escalante hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Catford's zone, Hugo Santamaria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Sosa came out of the goal and Hugo Santamaria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to North Baddesley getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Wilber Escalante hit a great ball. Catford's Leonel Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Llorente in the 81st minute of play. After 81 minutes, Efren Hinguanzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Catford and the North Baddesley players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Efren Hinguanzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efren Hinguanzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Hugo Santamaria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Baddesley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Cristian Llorente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute.
