In the 30th minute, Januario Murgas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cesar Jimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ernesto Barrera took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efren Garay. Efren Garay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jonathan Ortiz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Jairo Posadas's late challenge caught a Freshwater's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jairo Posadas helped the player get up and apologised. Jairo Posadas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Edwin Navas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efren Garay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Prado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Freshwater's goalkeeper Ladislao Ulloa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jhalmar Figueroa. Alexis Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efren Garay having to interfere. After 68 minutes, Cesar Jimenez made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Felixstowe's Efren Garay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. David Prado struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Ladislao Ulloa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Felixstowe. Jhalmar Figueroa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Ladislao Ulloa made a huge save. 74 minutes into the match, Felixstowe's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Jimenez came free, but Efren Garay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesar Jimenez took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efren Garay. Efren Garay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesar Jimenez's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Freshwater's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
