Eliseo Díaz ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Southwold booed when Banditos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ovidio Barrera might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eraldo Coreas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidio Barrera ran back to his position shaking his head. Eraldo Coreas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joselito Díaz in the 19th minute of the match. Ovidio Barrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Southwold's Rafael Gallegos got a free kick in the 24th minute. Eraldo Coreas came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Southwold's Joselito Díaz. But to his dismay, Joselito Díaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hector Cruz made a great header on Southwold's corner, it was just that Banditos's Eraldo Coreas managed to reach the ball for a save. When Eliseo Díaz came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Banditos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Díaz couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Southwold's Ovidio Barrera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eraldo Coreas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eraldo Coreas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joselito Díaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 played minutes Southwold got a freekick which was hit by Henry Leiva. In the 49th minute, Henry Leiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Banditos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Southwold were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseo Díaz to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Southwold's Miguel Escalante got a free kick in the 59th minute. Dagoberto Gallegos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Díaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 68 minutes of play, Southwold's Ladislao Suarez made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eraldo Coreas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Southwold booed when Banditos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eraldo Coreas had great luck who in the 82ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Joselito Díaz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 83rd minute Southwold were awarded a corner. Hector Cruz went to the cornerflag to take it. Hector Cruz made a great header on Southwold's corner, it was just that Banditos's Eraldo Coreas managed to reach the ball for a save. After 88 played minutes Southwold got a freekick which was hit by Hector Cruz. Ovidio Barrera kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. If Eliseo Díaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Banditos failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
