Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eliseo Díaz got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Southwold getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jonathan Olmedo hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Eliseo Díaz put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dagoberto Gallegos. In the 16th minute, Henry Leiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Joselito Díaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Southwold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joselito Díaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 played minutes Banditos got a freekick which was hit by Andrés Mejia. If Eliseo Díaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Díaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dagoberto Gallegos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Dagoberto Gallegos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Díaz in the 35th minute of the match. Eraldo Coreas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ovidio Barrera in the 39th minute. Eliseo Díaz scored 0-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dagoberto Gallegos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Banditos made a substitution. Fabio Velis replaced Armando Rodriguez. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Díaz in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dagoberto Gallegos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carlos Menjivar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Dagoberto Gallegos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrés Mejia's late challenge caught a Southwold's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrés Mejia helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Banditos got a freekick which was hit by Andrés Mejia. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidio Barrera during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eraldo Coreas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joselito Díaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Banditos's Carlos Menjivar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dagoberto Gallegos. Dagoberto Gallegos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Dagoberto Gallegos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Menjivar in the 85th minute of play. Eliseo Díaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Dagoberto Gallegos made a huge save. The Southwold fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Banditos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
