If Ye Yue Fan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the game, Carmelo Padilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bristol Totterdown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UFG ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ the free kick. In the 12th minute, Carmelo Padilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelson Umanzor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edwin Corrales having to make a save. When Ye Yue Fan came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the UFG ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ye Yue Fan couldn't finish the play. If Nelson Umanzor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Ye Yue Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Corrales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26thth minute of the game Ye Yue Fan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bristol Totterdown's Edwin Corrales was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edwin Corrales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nelson Umanzor went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Edwin Corrales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Umanzor in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Lovo to make the kick off. Ye Yue Fan might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edwin Corrales. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ye Yue Fan ran back to his position shaking his head. Alexis Benavides recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tião Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nestor Mosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UFG ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ made a substitution. Dennys Rodriguez replaced Edgardo Pacheco. Nestor Mosen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 69th playminute. Edwin Corrales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nestor Mosen went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. If Nestor Mosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UFG ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's Nestor Mosen got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Bristol Totterdown's Edwin Corrales got control of the ball when Nestor Mosen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nestor Mosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Edwin Corrales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Modesto Arotza's late challenge caught a Bristol Totterdown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Arotza helped the player get up and apologised. Modesto Arotza kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Rafael Mora sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UFG ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's Caetano Prestes didn't even have to move. Nestor Mosen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
