Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Alejandro Osorio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Alejandro Osorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinaldo Gamboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Osorio in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Limon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Carazo to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Madriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Rosabal, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Limon FC's Reinaldo Gamboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Pinto in the 25th minute of play. Reinaldo Gamboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Minor Vilchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Xtreme X X's Alejandro Osorio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reinaldo Gamboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Otto Pinto took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reinaldo Gamboa. Reinaldo Gamboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Reinaldo Gamboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alejandro Osorio's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. After 41 minutes of play, Xtreme X X's Nacho Blen made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reinaldo Gamboa was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Rosabal made a kick off. A collision led to Limon FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Frank Rosabal hit a great ball. Otto Pinto struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Reinaldo Gamboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xtreme X X. Xtreme X X's Keylor Ayala got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Xtreme X X getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Otto Pinto hit a great ball. Limon FC's Reinaldo Gamboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Limon FC from getting a goal against them. After 80 played minutes Limon FC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Rosabal. In the 82nd match minute, Limon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Rosabal to maneuver through the defense. If Keylor Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Xtreme X X could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Limon FC throughout the match.
