Chilota FBC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Patacorral the free kick. In the 36th minute, one of Chilota FBC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chilota FBC. Guillelme Tosantos struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Paublo Mellado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chilota FBC. If Guillelme Tosantos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Javier Matias to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Chilota FBC booed when Patacorral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoil Giraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Chilota FBC's Sol Toraño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paublo Mellado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Paublo Mellado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillelme Tosantos in the 60th minute of the match. Gergori Almaraz kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Miliano Posada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patacorral's supporters rose to their feet, but Miliano Posada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nastasio Hernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sol Toraño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Paublo Mellado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Patacorral got a freekick which was hit by Zoil Giraldo. Paublo Mellado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sol Toraño in the 81st minute of play. Sol Toraño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paublo Mellado having to interfere. If Sol Toraño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sol Toraño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Patacorral eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
