Hever Naveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mincho Busvidad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germano Correa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Antonio Gonzáles came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Club Deportivo Ilo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Gonzáles couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Montae Cubillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donzel Borras was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After having played for 29 minutes, Hever Naveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desprecio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hever Naveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 30 played minutes Club Deportivo Ilo got a freekick which was hit by Ongile Camaño. Germano Correa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mincho Busvidad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Gonzáles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Germano Correa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mincho Busvidad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th match minute, Club Deportivo Ilo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloi Sangra to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Gonzáles in the 81st minute of play forced Desprecio's goalkeeper Donzel Borras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Club Deportivo Ilo fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Club Deportivo Ilo's Montae Cubillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
