Heli Belber didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edilberto Casiano went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the match, Alianz E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Nuñez came free, but Ahmet Korcan Oylum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vytautas Plungys got free with Ahmet Korcan Oylum in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germano Mandrak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alianz E.C's Prejun Quicedo got his second yellow card of the match in the 30th minute. The referee ordered Prejun Quicedo off the ground. A collision led to Alianz E.C getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Prejun Quicedo hit a great ball. Columbo Madama received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ahmet Korcan Oylum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Columbo Madama in the 35th minute of play forced Alianz E.C's goalkeeper Ahmet Korcan Oylum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Matias Nuñez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ahmet Korcan Oylum. The goal made the score 2-2. If Severiano Barquerin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alianz E.C's Ahmet Korcan Oylum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Columbo Madama in the 42nd minute of play. Ahmet Korcan Oylum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vytautas Plungys, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Alianz E.C's Ahmet Korcan Oylum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Alianz E.C from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
