After having played for 12 minutes, Hermengildo Amileta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mirmidones's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Amileta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Chilluparje getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Llorenc Beranga hit a great ball. In the 16th minute of the match Sengrat Besga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gurutz Farto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Aresti Solis shot from a long distance. After a rather tough play, Chilluparje's Florencio Abadie got a free kick in the 22nd minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florencio Abadie hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Amileta in the 31st minute of play forced Chilluparje's goalkeeper Gurutz Farto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Mirmidones's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joaquin Maquiano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Mikeldi Castañiza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chilluparje's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikeldi Castañiza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaizki Elicegui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ximenes Añe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Mirmidones's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Maquiano came free, but Jaizki Elicegui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chilluparje's zone, Hermengildo Amileta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gurutz Farto came out of the goal and Hermengildo Amileta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mirmidones's Ximenes Añe got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gurutz Farto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Amileta in the 70th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chilluparje fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! 81 minutes into the match, Ximenes Añe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gurutz Farto, 0-3. After 93 minutes of play, Mirmidones's Hermengildo Amileta made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gurutz Farto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hermengildo Amileta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 99thth minute, Gurutz Farto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mirmidones eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
