Fernando Villaquilambre was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 11 minutes, Xicu Brufau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montalvo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xicu Brufau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Huananabe FC's Fernando Villaquilambre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xicu Brufau in the 14th minute of play. Xicu Brufau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Villaquilambre having to interfere. In the 17th minute Berto Urtueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Villaquilambre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Montalvo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sendoa Miranes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Fernando Villaquilambre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xicu Brufau in the 56th minute of the match. Dimo Bien charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dimo Bien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, Montalvo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimo Bien to maneuver through the defense. Berto Urtueta might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Villaquilambre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Berto Urtueta ran back to his position shaking his head. Fernando Villaquilambre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xicu Brufau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Montalvo booed when Huananabe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Villarino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Villaquilambre made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Berto Urtueta sent off a good shot on target. Berto Urtueta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fernando Villaquilambre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Montalvo played a much better game than Huananabe FC and deserved their victory. The Huananabe FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
