In the 10th minute, Zelipe Suesa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC FARGO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Ocariz in the 14th minute of play forced Melendez FBC's goalkeeper Marcelino Caban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romano Gacel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jago Sandianes, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute, FC FARGO's Zelipe Suesa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Paco Velarroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Caban having to interfere. Melendez FBC's Marcelino Caban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Melendez FBC from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, Jurdan Palma notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Melendez FBC's Marcelino Caban. Marcelino Caban was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After recieving a nice pass, Melendez FBC's Santi Tixido tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Marcelino Caban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Ocariz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelino Caban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paco Velarroa in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zelipe Suesa got free with Marcelino Caban in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jago Sandianes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Erasmo Ocariz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Caban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Caban didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jurdan Palma went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, FC FARGO's Romano Gacel got control of the ball when Mateus Ventura tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zelipe Suesa might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelino Caban. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zelipe Suesa ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, FC FARGO's Romano Gacel got control of the ball when Mateus Ventura tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC FARGO's Inocente Nuevo got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 81 played minutes, Melendez FBC's Santi Tixido shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Romano Gacel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Melendez FBC reached it. Marcelino Caban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zelipe Suesa, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 83rd play minutes Jurdan Palma shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Marcelino Caban and just under the crossbar into goal. Melendez FBC's Marcelino Caban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Obispo in the 87th minute of play. If Paco Velarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Melendez FBC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Mateus Ventura hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jurdan Palma in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelino Caban prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
