In the 18th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartoli Ocejo to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldir Huguet in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lekubegi Bustos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guillermo Ribera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Waldir Huguet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Ribera in the 33rd minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Lekubegi Bustos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lekubegi Bustos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir Huguet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Guillermo Ribera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lekubegi Bustos. Arsenal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillermo Ribera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Waldir Huguet to make the kick off. Guillermo Ribera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lekubegi Bustos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lekubegi Bustos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Huguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Guillermo Ribera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Lekubegi Bustos made a huge save. In the 58th minute of the match, Waldir Huguet tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lekubegi Bustos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal's zone, Guillermo Ribera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lekubegi Bustos came out of the goal and Guillermo Ribera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guillermo Ribera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arsenal's Lekubegi Bustos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 69 in the game by Guillermo Ribera from a close distance when the talented Lekubegi Bustos managed to make a qualified save. Arsenal's players were relieved. In the 72nd match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Sedeño to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Lekubegi Bustos managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Herptal FC's Guillermo Ribera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Waldir Huguet got in the 78th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Lekubegi Bustos handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Waldir Huguet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenal's Lekubegi Bustos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute, Leo Sedeño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Huguet in the 86th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Lekubegi Bustos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Arsenal booed when Herptal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Aza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norman Eenmäe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zosimo Ahelle's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After 92 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Erruki Taramona. If Waldir Huguet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Arsenal fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Herptal FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
