Virila Osorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ortzi Pedraja in the 3rd minute of play. Virila Osorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mouricio Ibarlucea, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Kelemen Capon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Burutzagi Cia. Alianza lima's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kelemen Capon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Omar Sedan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuste Peñuñuri in the 12th minute of play forced Alianza lima's goalkeeper Burutzagi Cia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Alianza lima's goal looked a bit too open when Tuste Peñuñuri came free, but Burutzagi Cia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kelemen Capon in the 23rd minute of play forced Alianza lima's goalkeeper Burutzagi Cia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ortzi Pedraja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Alianza lima's Bernaldo Perlines seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernaldo Perlines the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Alianza lima protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernaldo Perlines had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alianza lima! Alianza lima:s Burutzagi Cia showed great skill when he stopped Pedroso Pipa:s penalty. Alianza lima's Ortzi Pedraja got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Higosnioc getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Arias Manes hit a great ball. Burutzagi Cia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuste Peñuñuri in the 40th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kelemen Capon got free with Burutzagi Cia in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the game, Iztal Soliz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alianza lima's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Higosnioc the free kick. Ortzi Pedraja kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Alianza lima got a freekick which was hit by Iztal Soliz. Higosnioc's Pedroso Pipa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Alianza lima. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Tuste Peñuñuri made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Alianza lima's Omar Sedan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virila Osorio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Burutzagi Cia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kelemen Capon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 63 minutes, Omar Sedan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alianza lima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Sedan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Telmo Pantojas during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Higosnioc booed when Alianza lima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telmo Pantojas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Alianza lima's goal looked a bit too open when Pedroso Pipa came free, but Burutzagi Cia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Omar Sedan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Virila Osorio. That made the score 1-2 in the 75 minute of play. Omar Sedan took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virila Osorio. Virila Osorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 88th minute, Ortzi Pedraja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Alianza lima's goal looked a bit too open when Lando Valbuena came free, but Burutzagi Cia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Alianza lima eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
