Faron Silvestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martino Olier in the 17th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Destripadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Vilanova came free, but Mambru Docio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laurin Murua might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mambru Docio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
