Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mario Pintado kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Eguerdi Zaldierna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inca Empire FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eguerdi Zaldierna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inca Empire FC's Jurgi Islañana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Pintado in the 5th minute of play. Alesander Arveras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Marentos having to interfere. Ostots Nurueña took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ambrosio Marentos. Ambrosio Marentos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Inca Empire FC defense, Cruz Ochandiano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jurgi Islañana. The Inca Empire FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jurgi Islañana should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Inca Empire FC's goalkeeper Jurgi Islañana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, Inca Empire FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Gasco to maneuver through the defense. Ostots Nurueña scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ambrosio Marentos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Universitario FC's Mario Pintado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jurgi Islañana. That made the score 2-2 after 44 minutes of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ostots Nurueña stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Universitario FC's Cruz Ochandiano in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inca Empire FC's goalie prevented a goal. Nemesio Collado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes Universitario FC got a freekick which was hit by Raulo Urueña. If Cruz Ochandiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costante Albaratay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ostots Nurueña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ambrosio Marentos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cruz Ochandiano during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Universitario FC's Cruz Ochandiano got a free kick in the 80th minute. Jurgi Islañana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cruz Ochandiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Universitario FC's Mario Pintado got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Ochandiano in the 86th minute of play forced Inca Empire FC's goalkeeper Jurgi Islañana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cruz Ochandiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jurgi Islañana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jurgi Islañana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Pintado, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Cruz Ochandiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jurgi Islañana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jurgi Islañana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Pintado's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Universitario FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
