Shantala Mariña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaunti Vidrio in the 4th minute of play. Curcio Bocinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaxen Bernalda having to interfere. Jaunti Vidrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Curcio Bocinos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kaxen Bernalda to make any attempt to save it. Jaunti Vidrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shantala Mariña having to interfere. Kaxen Bernalda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curcio Bocinos in the 25th minute of play. Seven Tempest FC were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after UNIVERSITARIO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xelo Urtueta took the corner. Mon Antequera thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Shantala Mariña, a very annoying self made goal in the 28th minute which led to 1-1. Shantala Mariña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaunti Vidrio in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Zigor Feruel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in UNIVERSITARIO's zone, Jaunti Vidrio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shantala Mariña came out of the goal and Jaunti Vidrio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kaxen Bernalda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curcio Bocinos, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Jaunti Vidrio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shantala Mariña having to make a save. Teofilo Silvestre kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Bocinos in the 44th minute of play forced Seven Tempest FC's goalkeeper Kaxen Bernalda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaunti Vidrio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes UNIVERSITARIO got a freekick which was hit by Xarles Rascon. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaunti Vidrio in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shantala Mariña saved UNIVERSITARIO from getting behind. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by UNIVERSITARIO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xelo Urtueta was slow to take the kick. During this time Seven Tempest FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Xelo Urtueta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but UNIVERSITARIO's Shantala Mariña did a great save. 66 minutes into the game, one of Seven Tempest FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Seven Tempest FC made a substitution. Aquilino Masdeu replaced Xelo Urtueta. After a rather tough play, Seven Tempest FC's Osman Ergüç got a free kick in the 72nd minute. UNIVERSITARIO's Shantala Mariña proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save UNIVERSITARIO from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Osman Ergüç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaunti Vidrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Shantala Mariña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaunti Vidrio took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shantala Mariña. Shantala Mariña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When UNIVERSITARIO's Curcio Bocinos in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. UNIVERSITARIO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Kaxen Bernalda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curcio Bocinos in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Seven Tempest FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than UNIVERSITARIO.
