The supporters of SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC booed when UNIVERSITARIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Curcio Bocinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC defense, Curcio Bocinos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ospin Aberasturi. The SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ospin Aberasturi should have stopped the shot. In the 9th match minute, SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paco Ocerin to maneuver through the defense. Shantala Mariña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sagrario Ajamil in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Sagrario Ajamil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shantala Mariña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's Ospin Aberasturi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Bocinos in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Curcio Bocinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ospin Aberasturi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ospin Aberasturi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curcio Bocinos, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Curcio Bocinos struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ospin Aberasturi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UNIVERSITARIO. After a rather tough play, SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's Paulino Lavandera got a free kick in the 34th minute. Mon Antequera took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ospin Aberasturi. SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 36 minutes, Curcio Bocinos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UNIVERSITARIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curcio Bocinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute Curcio Bocinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ospin Aberasturi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Curcio Bocinos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ospin Aberasturi. SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Curcio Bocinos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 47th minute Curcio Bocinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ospin Aberasturi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Curcio Bocinos to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sagrario Ajamil got free with Shantala Mariña in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes in the game Sengrat Raigal did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Curcio Bocinos. In the 65th match minute, UNIVERSITARIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferran Picavea to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Mon Antequera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shantala Mariña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Codosal in the 69th minute of play. Iosif Ficsinescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Shantala Mariña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Paco Ocerin hit a great ball. Shantala Mariña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sagrario Ajamil in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Boris Apelquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boris Apelquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Boris Apelquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Boris Apelquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shantala Mariña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's Paco Ocerin got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's Paco Ocerin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Many of SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. SpOrT ImPeRiAl .FC may have spent more time on the ball, but UNIVERSITARIO were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
