Xever Castiñeira in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vennancio Valdevielso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 7 minutes into the game, Xever Castiñeira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Maracaibo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jarheads FC the free kick. Niolaao Rapado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gitano Galban went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in UD Maracaibo's zone, Xines Reguero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niolaao Rapado came out of the goal and Xines Reguero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xever Castiñeira scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vennancio Valdevielso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jarheads FC's goalkeeper Vennancio Valdevielso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Xever Castiñeira came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the UD Maracaibo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xever Castiñeira couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Jarheads FC booed when UD Maracaibo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Sarmanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Xefe Barbeito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Niolaao Rapado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Niolaao Rapado came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jarheads FC's Salamon Nieva. But to his dismay, Salamon Nieva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Niolaao Rapado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xefe Barbeito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Platon Via in the 41st minute of play forced UD Maracaibo's goalkeeper Niolaao Rapado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute Platon Via shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niolaao Rapado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Procopio Lizanein fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Maracaibo's protests and gave Procopio Lizanein a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes UD Maracaibo got a freekick which was hit by Procopio Lizanein. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Platon Via made a kick off. Niolaao Rapado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Platon Via showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 52 minute of play. Gitano Galban charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gitano Galban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th match minute, Jarheads FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gitano Galban to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, UD Maracaibo's Niolaao Rapado got control of the ball when Platon Via tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frascuelo Trullols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vennancio Valdevielso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute of the match Beliran Videgaray sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vennancio Valdevielso skillfully saved the ball. 70 minutes into the match, UD Maracaibo's goal looked a bit too open when Platon Via came free, but Niolaao Rapado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Platon Via reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Niolaao Rapado. The goal made the score 1-5. Niolaao Rapado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Platon Via, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Jarheads FC were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after UD Maracaibo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Salamon Nieva took the corner. The corner ended in Salamon Nieva almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but UD Maracaibo's Niolaao Rapado did a great save. In the 86th minute, Jarheads FC's Platon Via ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Niolaao Rapado. Niolaao Rapado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Beliran Videgaray hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Platon Via recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niolaao Rapado. Platon Via showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. When the final whistle sounded Jarheads FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than UD Maracaibo.
