Lore Ziguenza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 龙星棋 in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's Ottó Fejes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albano Alfonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lore Ziguenza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Montxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With an all-out effort, Monitor Huáscar's Albano Alfonso threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ottó Fejes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Manzalima's Albano Alfonso got control of the ball when Ottó Fejes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ottó Fejes to make the kick off. Albano Alfonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ottó Fejes in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's Ottó Fejes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Albano Alfonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 58 minutes Manzalima's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ottó Fejes who took care of the corner kick. Lore Ziguenza made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when 龙星棋 sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ottó Fejes in the 65th minute of play forced Manzalima's goalkeeper Albano Alfonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 龙星棋 in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lore Ziguenza saved Monitor Huáscar from getting behind. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Chiquito Rico replaced Ottó Fejes. In the 78th minute Chiquito Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Alfonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquito Rico might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albano Alfonso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chiquito Rico ran back to his position shaking his head. Albano Alfonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquito Rico in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Manzalima's zone, Chiquito Rico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albano Alfonso came out of the goal and Chiquito Rico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Monitor Huáscar defense, Koldo Guisado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lore Ziguenza. The Monitor Huáscar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lore Ziguenza should have stopped the shot. Chiquito Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Albano Alfonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manzalima's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
