A nice corner shot did that Carlos Puyol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tartalo Delatorre quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vladimiro Lauro scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tartalo Delatorre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Billie Hoes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hayalim Kedoshim's Deng Qiang Ke. Deng Qiang Ke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Vladimiro Lauro took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Tartalo Delatorre to make any attempt to save it. Erhan Alp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tartalo Delatorre having to interfere. Deng Qiang Ke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billie Hoes in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Hayalim Kedoshim's Vladimiro Lauro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tartalo Delatorre. Tartalo Delatorre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The supporters of Hayalim Kedoshim booed when Atlético Grau Piura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignado Ozores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deng Qiang Ke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billie Hoes, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience was convinced that Ciprian Răuțchi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tartalo Delatorre was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Hanni Godines ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tartalo Delatorre was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. The supporters of Atlético Grau Piura booed when Hayalim Kedoshim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Balesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deng Qiang Ke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignado Ozores in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Atlético Grau Piura players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
