Marin Bercea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 16 played minutes Paso Blanco F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Manuel De Diego. Marin Bercea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Ramírez in the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ▓M▓A▓R▓G▓U▓N▓'s Ivan De Leon got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Milton Ramírez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Bercea having to interfere. Alex Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Milton Ramírez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Oberto struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Marin Bercea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paso Blanco F.C.. Alex Jaen kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to ▓M▓A▓R▓G▓U▓N▓ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Emiliano Henriguez hit a great ball. When David Oberto came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Paso Blanco F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Oberto couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Oberto was the one to do the kick off. Marin Bercea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milton Ramírez in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Milton Ramírez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milton Ramírez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marin Bercea firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 65th minute of the match Luchito Castillero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marin Bercea skillfully saved the ball. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Milton Ramírez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 80th minute Emiliano Henriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Tello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Jaen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Luis Tello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Tello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Jaen went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. ▓M▓A▓R▓G▓U▓N▓'s Marin Bercea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save ▓M▓A▓R▓G▓U▓N▓ from getting a goal against them. ▓M▓A▓R▓G▓U▓N▓ walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
