The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rigoberto Ramírez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Totín Bultrón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Totín Bultrón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galaxy Eleven FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Totín Bultrón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastián Ramírez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 45 minutes of play, Chilibre's Azael Espino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Ramírez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Totín Bultrón made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Rigoberto Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chilibre's Sebastián Ramírez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute, Azael Espino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rigoberto Ramírez, passed just outside the right post. Giancarlo Villalaz hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigoberto Murillo in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastián Ramírez saved Chilibre from getting behind. Totín Bultrón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sebastián Ramírez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Totín Bultrón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Dely got free with Rigoberto Ramírez in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
