With a little luck, REAL COHOLICS's Ramon Peralta got control of the ball when Silvano Laurin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes in the game, Magnus Bergqvist fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ramon Peralta having to interfere. After 17 played minutes FC Santo Giorgio got a freekick which was hit by Rivaldo Sagel. In the 39th minute Florin Răducioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Corral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florin Răducioiu in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Corral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Roy Keane fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Santo Giorgio's protests and gave Roy Keane a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave REAL COHOLICS a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by 袁铮扬, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Santo Giorgio's Julio Corral. 2-1. Julio Corral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Laudrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

REAL COHOLICS made a substitution. Yu Zhi Yang replaced Edward Wojton. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magnus Bergqvist to make the kick off.
