Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) Chiches's Chatruc Mielgo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Noriega Sominaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Cebada having to interfere. When Xorxe Gaitan came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the ATOM F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xorxe Gaitan couldn't finish the play. Carlos Arango kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Victoriano Cebada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noriega Sominaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Chiches's Unax Subijana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gutierrez Astiategui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Gutierrez Astiategui managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Chiches's Unax Subijana fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the ATOM F.C. defense, Unax Subijana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gutierrez Astiategui. The ATOM F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gutierrez Astiategui should have stopped the shot. Gutierrez Astiategui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatruc Mielgo in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 29th minute Noriega Sominaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Cebada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chatruc Mielgo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gutierrez Astiategui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Cebada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noriega Sominaya in the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Noriega Sominaya to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in ATOM F.C.'s zone, Unax Subijana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gutierrez Astiategui came out of the goal and Unax Subijana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chiches's Victoriano Cebada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noriega Sominaya in the 58th minute of play. In the 70th minute Xerardo Siles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gutierrez Astiategui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, ATOM F.C.'s Veronica Acebero seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Veronica Acebero the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ATOM F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Veronica Acebero had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 69th minute, one of ATOM F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ATOM F.C.. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Chiches. Rogelio Hijosa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gutierrez Astiategui. 2-0. The supporters of ATOM F.C. booed when Chiches was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chatruc Mielgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Arango charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Arango the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rogelio Hijosa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gutierrez Astiategui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Unax Subijana's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, ATOM F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Chatruc Mielgo came free, but Gutierrez Astiategui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xorxe Gaitan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Victoriano Cebada made a huge save. 89 minutes into the match, ATOM F.C.'s Xorxe Gaitan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Cebada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Chiches. Rogelio Hijosa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gutierrez Astiategui. 3-0. Unax Subijana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gutierrez Astiategui having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chiches had played much better football throughout.
