The audience thought a goal was coming when Joffre Alamea got free with Adrian Hasselqvist in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the game, Joffre Alamea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Hasselqvist. Joffre Alamea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ferroviarios Duran's zone, Marcos Macias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Hasselqvist came out of the goal and Marcos Macias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Blue Lightning FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ferroviarios Duran throughout the match.
