Spectators: 7338 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 80) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Xalbador Guiluz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Xalbador Guiluz hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The UD Opote fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when UD Opote's Zadornin Peguero looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 0-2 became the score in the 7th minute when Coronel Vellosillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Dureno's goal looked a bit too open when Coronel Vellosillo came free, but Alvaro Porres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Zadornin Peguero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Porres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Dureno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xalbador Guiluz to maneuver through the defense. Alvaro Porres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zadornin Peguero, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. UD Opote's Ximenes Roca was substituted for Zarando Ares. Zeruko Graciosa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alvaro Porres. Dureno's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zadornin Peguero in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Porres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Udalaitz Iravedra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Cristian Corel made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zadornin Peguero to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Dureno's goalkeeper Alvaro Porres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Coronel Vellosillo. UD Opote were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Dureno's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zeruko Graciosa took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Zeruko Graciosa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alvaro Porres quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Dureno's Alvaro Porres got control of the ball when Coronel Vellosillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Dureno's Udalaitz Iravedra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristian Corel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristian Burriaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cristian Corel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dureno made a substitution. Guamán Diego replaced Xalbador Guiluz. Guamán Diego's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian Corel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Cristian Corel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Udalaitz Iravedra in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zadornin Peguero in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvaro Porres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. UD Opote's Cristian Corel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guamán Diego in the 72nd minute of play. In the 76th minute, Guamán Diego left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dureno fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. With an all-out effort, UD Opote's Alvaro Porres threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zadornin Peguero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Udalaitz Iravedra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Coronel Vellosillo got free with Alvaro Porres in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute, Guamán Diego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
