In the 10th match minute, RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carnero Corredera to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Luis Barragan made a precise shot to the right of Osvaldo Lobelo. VALENCIA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luis Barragan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Osvaldo Lobelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Arias in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Lobelo saved VALENCIA FC from getting behind. A beautiful save bye VALENCIA FC's goalie prevented a goal. Luis Barragan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 played minutes VALENCIA FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Santillion. When RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C's Luis Barragan in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Osvaldo Lobelo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After the first half RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zavior Massey made a kick off. RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C's Luis Barragan got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Luis Barragan got free in front of the goal in the 53rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Osvaldo Lobelo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C's Sebastian Martelo was substituted for Luis Barragan. When Juan Arias came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Arias couldn't finish the play. RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C's Sebastian Martelo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Juan Arias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osvaldo Lobelo having to make a save. Sebastian Martelo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Juan Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Osvaldo Lobelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, VALENCIA FC's Osvaldo Lobelo got control of the ball when Juan Arias tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 90 played minutes Sebastian Martelo could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-6 into the left cross. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Martelo in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Lobelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. RomoLerouX UniteD EC F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
