Spectators: 6831 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 0) C.S. Emelec's Rodas Toro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zayveon Pamo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Zarando Torneira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llangahua SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zarando Torneira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johan Högman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in C.S. Emelec's zone, Zayveon Pamo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johan Högman came out of the goal and Zayveon Pamo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Zayveon Pamo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 played minutes C.S. Emelec got a freekick which was hit by Lucílio Raposo. Zarando Torneira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johan Högman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zarando Torneira's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. C.S. Emelec's Johan Högman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zarando Torneira in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, C.S. Emelec's goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Torneira came free, but Johan Högman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johan Högman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zarando Torneira went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Johan Högman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zayveon Pamo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zayveon Pamo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 played minutes C.S. Emelec got a freekick which was hit by Rodas Toro. The C.S. Emelec players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Llangahua SC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zayveon Pamo made a kick off. When Llangahua SC's Zayveon Pamo in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.S. Emelec's goalie prevented a goal. Zarando Torneira scored 0-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johan Högman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johan Högman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zayveon Pamo in the 61st minute of play. Zayveon Pamo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zayveon Pamo in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johan Högman saved C.S. Emelec from getting behind. Iachetti Porres's late challenge caught a C.S. Emelec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iachetti Porres helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th match minute, Llangahua SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iachetti Porres to maneuver through the defense. If Zarando Torneira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zayveon Pamo might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johan Högman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zayveon Pamo ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 85 in the game by Zarando Torneira from a close distance when the talented Johan Högman managed to make a qualified save. C.S. Emelec's players were relieved. Llangahua SC's Xavon Pelayo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nasos Vavatsikos's late challenge caught a Llangahua SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nasos Vavatsikos helped the player get up and apologised. 93 minutes into the match, C.S. Emelec's goal looked a bit too open when Zayveon Pamo came free, but Johan Högman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johan Högman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zayveon Pamo, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Llangahua SC played a much better game than C.S. Emelec and deserved their victory. The C.S. Emelec players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
